Seasoned public health leader with 30+ years of multi-regional experience in fragile, conflict-affected, and humanitarian settings. Proven ability to lead high-stakes health systems initiatives and design data-driven solutions for emergency preparedness, elections risk mitigation, and health sector reform.

Currently with UNDP as Elections Early Warning Systems Specialist (South Sudan), leading development of the national EEWS framework. Held senior advisory and technical roles with WHO, World Bank, USAID, FCDO, UNICEF, ADB, Chemonics International, The Palladiuam Group, and IRC.
