Development Synergies International (DSI) leads the way in communication and behavior change innovation — blending creativity, evidence, and strategy to design impactful public health campaigns. Our leadership in communication stems from years of experience implementing large-scale, research-based projects that inspire action and build stronger, healthier communities.
With a legacy of excellence in public health and development communication, DSI has successfully led multiple national and provincial communication projects focused on awareness, advocacy, and behavior change. Our work emphasizes strategic communication design, message harmonization, and creative storytelling — making us a trusted partner for both public and private sector TB communication initiatives.
The National TB Control Programme (NTP) organizes activities every year to mark World TB Day on March 24. In 2009, DSI supported NTP in implementing the “One Voice” national communication campaign, aligned with WHO/EMR guidance. The campaign focused on generating awareness, strengthening branding, and increasing public demand for TB information, products, and health services across Pakistan. Through structured communication tools, community engagement, and nationwide messaging, DSI contributed to a unified national voice against tuberculosis.
